- Our puzzle mats prices include free delivery Australia wide
- Our one piece mats have the following flat delivery fees:
- NSW: $20
- VIC, QLD, ACT, SA, NT: $40
- TAS, WA: $60
Delivery times
- Delivery time is usually 5-8 business days from time of purchase
- Our puzzle mats are delivered via Amazon and once the order is dispatched you will receive a notifcation with tracking details from Amazon. Note that your mat will arrive in an Amazon box.
30-day free returns
- We want you to love your Lillefolk playmat. If you receive it and it is not what you expected or you simply change your mind, return it for free within 30 days of purchase and get a full refund.
- Just make sure the playmat is unused and in new condition.

Refunds
- If you for any reason are not happy with your playmat, please contact us at [email protected] for a refund.
Warranty
Puzzle mats: 1 year warranty
- If you have any issues with your playmat within the first year, you will get a complimentary replacement mat.
- If you believe you have received damaged or defective merchandise, please immediately discontinue use of the product and contact us for a warranty replacement via [email protected]
One piece mats; 5 year warranty
- Our one piece mats have a 5 year warranty
- If you have any issues with your playmat within the first 5 years, you will get a complimentary replacement mat.
